This is a purpose-built replacement for shipping your battery back to Ohmmu. Properly rated, properly sized, and considerably more reliable than the Amazon box in your garage that's been holding holiday decorations. Your battery deserves better than duct tape and optimism.

This listing is for approved returns only. If you haven't already submitted a return request, please check your order page or contact us at support@ohmmu.com before placing an order or it may be rejected.

Step 1 — Choose your chemistry

Select the chemistry of your original battery or the chemistry you prefer. This ensures that we use the proper labeling and it's returned to us without complications.

Step 2 — Choose your size

Select the battery size that matches your original battery. This is printed on the label of your current battery and was listed in your original order.

Step 3 — Your order will be processed

Once your order is placed, our team will verify your approved return request and process the shipment. Approved returns ship same day when ordered before noon MST, Monday–Friday.

Please note that this fee is in addition to the return label fee since you don't have the original box to use as a return. This covers the cost of shipping the empty return box to you.

A quick note on what you might receive

In the spirit of full transparency: your return box may be a brand new box, or it may be used. Either way, it'll be enough to get it back to us quickly and safely.
