If you've visited us before, you'll notice things look a little different around here. We just launched a brand new website — and we're genuinely excited about it.

After years of growing our product lineup, expanding to new vehicle platforms, and hearing from thousands of customers about what they need from us, it was time to build a home that actually reflects where Ohmmu is today. That meant starting fresh, thinking through every page and every click, and building something that makes it easier for you to find the right battery, learn how to install it, and get on with the good stuff.

What's New

A cleaner shop experience. Browse by year, make and model or by battery size. Whether you're upgrading the 12V in your Tesla, swapping out a tired battery in your overland rig, or powering your RV, the new shop is built to get you to the right product fast — without digging.

Expanded install guides. Our video installation library has a new home under Installation Guides. We've added more vehicles and made it easier to find your exact make and model. BMW i4, Cadillac Lyriq, GMC Hummer EV, Nissan Ariya, Volkswagen ID.4 — and growing. Every guide is a proper step-by-step video, filmed in-house, made specifically for our batteries.

Lithium vs. Sodium — explained clearly. We've been offering two battery chemistries for a bit, but we want to make sure you understand the difference. Not marketing fluff — a real breakdown of what each one does better, when to choose one over the other, and why both leave lead-acid in the dust. Read it here.

A news section worth reading. The Ohmmu Blog is where we'll share what we're working on, what we're learning, and what's happening in the world of 12V technology. No filler, no noise.

Same Ohmmu, Better Home

We've been at this since 2015. What started as a focused mission to build a better 12V battery for Tesla owners has grown into a full lineup of lithium and sodium batteries for EVs, trucks, overland vehicles, RVs, marine applications, and heavy-duty commercial fleets. The products have gotten better every year. The team has grown. The community around Ohmmu has grown.

This new site is built to keep pace with all of that.
