Installation Notes:

Unlike AGM and other lead acid batteries, Ohmmu batteries do not off-gas toxic fumes, so they can be safely installed without using the 12V battery vent tube in the vehicle.

NOTE: Rivian changed the 12V system on new builds released March 2023 and later to utilize a single 12V battery instead of dual 12V batteries for previous builds. All vehicles still have two 12V units, however on newer builds the left unit is a capacitor and NOT a 12V battery. Please confirm which version you have before proceeding or purchasing – this installation video only applies to single 12V battery builds.
